Lucas began his journey in the automotive industry at the age of 16 as an apprentice for Volvo in Brazil. By 18 he had already earned a Gold medal at the Brazillian National Vocational Competition for car painting.
He is a former World Skills champion and registered World Skills judge.
Previously the lead instructor for the UAE Automotive Painting team at the BASF Training Academy in Abu Dhabi and paint instructor for their premium paint brand, Glasurit.
He has now brought his skills and unique drive for perfection to the automotive painting community in Dubai.
