Flawless Custom Paint
After more than 20 years in Dubai’s automotive scene, we founded Bessoni Customs in 2024 with a simple mission: to bring world-class paint and coating craftsmanship to a community that needed a truly reliable, reputable shop.
We are a small, private shop working by appointment only which gives us 100% oversight on every project we do. Led by Lucas Bessoni, former Brazilian and WorldSkills Champion, Judge, and BASF Instructor. We combine elite expertise with the highest-performing materials and industry-leading techniques. Every project is completed using premium Glasurit products to ensure exceptional finish, quality and durability.

Precision Powder Coating
In addition to custom paintwork, we’ve introduced our specialized powder coating services to Dubai. We focus on smaller, intricate parts that require meticulous preparation, masking, and application. All powders are sourced from Prismatic Powders USA, giving our clients access to over 6,500 one-of-a-kind custom colors. Unlike the “one size fits all” approach common in the industry, we tailor every step of the process from blasting pressures, electrostatic settings, nozzle selection, and cure schedules, to the specific part and powder being used.
High Performance Ceramic Coatings
We are also the ONLY factory trained and certified applicators of Cerakote high-performance ceramic coatings in Dubai and the Middle East. These advanced coatings demand a precise technique and certified training from NIC Industries USA, the makers of Cerakote. Improper application will lead to poor performance and pre-mature failure of the coatings. We follow a strict, detail-driven process, following each individual technical data sheet to achieve maximum performance, protection, and longevity.
