
Cerakote is an extremely thin and highly flexible ceramic based coating available in multiple colours and various series; each with different properties and attributes. It is can be applied as oven baked or air cured.

V Series : Maximum heat resistance for automotive Exhaust and Turbo applications.
-Oven baked at 500 F (260 C)
-Protects components up to 1800 F (1000 C)
-Very high ability to dissipate heat quickly which reduces part temperature
-Reduces heat soak
-Extremely high resistance to thermal cycling
-Reduces thermal stress
-Extremely UV stable. Colour will never fade
-Prevents corrosion

C Series : Air Cured for components that cannot be baked.

E Series : Extremely high durability for components with high usage and exposure.
-Oven baked at 300 F (150 C)

-Extremely thin application at less than 1mm
P Series : Extremely high radiant heat dissipation for radiators and other engine components.
