While other industrial powder coating shops in Dubai will simply chemically clean or sand you parts, we specialize in smaller, more complex parts using a multi-stage process to achieve a long lasting proper finish that won’t crack or peel.

1 - Parts are cleaned and baked (off-gassed) to remove any oils and contaminants that are trapped deep inside your parts.

2 - Parts are then properly masked and plugged to ensure nice clean lines and threads.

3 - Sandblasting using Aluminum Oxide at  the proper pressure depending on the parts being prepared. This ensures the substrate has the perfect finish for maximum adhesion.

4 - Again parts are baked to remove any static build up and re-masked using a clean set of plugs and masking.

5 - Powder is then applied using various Electrostatic settings and spray tips; all depending on the type of component being coated.

6 - Finally we can bake the parts while strictly following the Technical Data Sheet as each individual powder is DIFFERENT.
