CERAKOTE Ceramic Coatings
We are trained and experienced Cerakote applicators. Cerakote is a unique high performance ceramic coating that must be applied properly following a strict process to ensure durable long lasting results.
1 - Parts are chemically cleaned and baked to remove any oils and contaminants.
2 - Proper masking and plugging to keep crisp lines and clean threads.
3 - Sandblasting using Cerakote recommended Aluminum Oxide at the correct pressure for your parts being coated.
4 - Re-masking and chemical cleaning to ensure the substrate is completely clean of all oils and grease. Even the touch of a finger can effect the performance of this coating.
5 - Parts are baked in our oven while strictly following the Technical Data Sheet for each individual series of Cerakote being used.
Cerakote High Heat Coatings
Cerakote V-Series and C-Series coatings are available in several colours, reduce component temperatures up to 40%, dissipate heat and protect up to 1800F. They are also UV stable and guaranteed not to fade over time. Perfect for Turbos, Headers, Manifolds, Exhaust Components and any other situation where you need to control the heat.
Cerakote High Durabilty Coatings
We also use Cerakote Elite and H-Series coatings for other various parts and components. Also available in a host of different colours, these are the thinest, most durable and chemical resistant coatings available on the market.
